  Affordable Concepts, Inc. began in 1985 when Robert W. Potter, known by friends as "Bob," joined forces with his father, Sammie Potter, and his home remodeling business. More than 20 years later, what started off as a small family general contracting company is now one of the top construction management companies in Las Vegas, Nevada, and holds numerous construction awards. As co-founder and president, Bob Potter has developed a reputation for being fair and honest, resulting in strong, long-standing clients and relationships with owners, developers and sub-contractors.
