About Us

  • When it comes to rehabilitation, few things are more important than physical therapy! Success in movement is accomplished through our process of functional progression. Many spine rehabilitation therapists and trainers jump right into strengthening without effective progression. This is a mistake it often leads to a false sense of stability and a relapse into the same condition. If youre looking for a good physical therapy program and live in the Rockville, Maryland area, Advanced Spine & Wellness offers what you need! Our Physical Therapy: A Unique Approach In our physical therapy, we take a unique approach to maximize safety, expedite recovery, and prevent relapses. The five phases of functional progression help reduce postural distortions to create mobility, stability, strength, and control of skilled movements. Each patient progresses at his or her own pace. Tools such as Bosu balls, stability balls, bands, etc. are introduced to challenge control mobility. Skill: This phase centers on the conscious and unconscious aspects of balance and coordination through more challenging movements and different environmental stimuli. We are focused on helping you eliminate your pain without drugs or su
