Mary Long, Manager | mlong@cffccom | Mary Long started her banking career over 30 years ago in Central Virginia with one of the large national banks. Her extensive knowledge of the banking industry coupled with her experience working in a variety of financial services roles allows Mary to better serve her clientele by utilizing a unique perspective with a solutions-focused approach. In 2009, Mary transitioned to C&F bank as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, with a focus on building relationships with individuals and small businesses throughout the Richmond market. She attributes her interest in working at C&F to the bank’s financial strength and integrity, as well as the high level of dedication exhibited by her fellow co-workers. At C&F, Mary’s success is a result of her work ethic, placing her customer’s needs first, and offering transparency with each encounter. Mary lives in Richmond with her husband, Bill. Outside of work, she spends her time with family and friends and enjoys traveling.
